About Martez “Dime” Williams
Martez “Dime” Williams is a former Harlem Globetrotter, entrepreneur, and community leader dedicated to inspiring the next generation through basketball and mentorship. With a passion for the game and a heart for giving back, Dime has turned his love for basketball into a platform for impact.
As the founder of HashtagPATH, he created a movement that blends sports, education, and entertainment to empower young athletes. Through school takeovers, community activations, and partnerships with major brands, Dime uses the HashtagPATH bus to bring excitement and opportunities to communities across the country.
More than just a showman on the court, Dime is a motivator, mentor, and role model. His mission is simple: push athletes toward heaven by encouraging them to chase their dreams, stay disciplined, and make a difference—one play at a time.

HeziRef – The Official Entertainment Referee of HashtagPATH
Hailing from Charlotte, North Carolina, HeziRef has built a name for himself in the basketball community with his charismatic presence and undeniable passion for the game. After attending Barber-Scotia College, his journey began with the influence of HeziFam, where he quickly gained recognition for his sharp calls, infectious energy, and signature on-court style. From local courts to viral social media moments, HeziRef’s dedication and love for basketball have made him a standout figure in the world of streetball and entertainment.
HeziRef’s rise to prominence includes memorable collaborations and appearances alongside some of the biggest names in basketball culture. He has shared the spotlight with icons like HeziGod, DFriga, and the Harlem Wizards, while also making comedic waves in videos with internet sensation Kountry Wayne. Off the court, HeziRef takes on a whole new role as Dr. Dez, tackling tough questions and engaging in unfiltered conversations with live viewers across platforms like YouTube, Facebook Live, and Twitch. His authentic personality and quick wit make him a fan favorite wherever he goes.

BigGuard – Veteran. Hooper. Mentor.
BigGuard is a true testament to dedication, discipline, and the love of the game. A former Albany State hooper and Air Force veteran, he took his talents overseas to Argentina, where he continued to refine his craft. While basketball became his passion, the structure and work ethic instilled in him from the military shaped his relentless approach to the game.
As the proud owner of Dee Efficient Training, BigGuard has trained NBA players, collegiate athletes, and rising high school stars, earning recognition from some of the best in the business, including Rico Hines and Phil Handy. At over 40, he’s still dominating the court, proving that skill and experience only get sharper with time.
Whether he’s behind the wheel of the HashtagPATH bus or dropping buckets on social media, BigGuard is always locked in. Keep up with him as he continues to inspire the next generation—both on and off the hardwood.
Courtland Holloway - The Youngest To Ever Do It
Courtland Holloway, known as IBCourt, is a 26-year-old athlete from Wetumpka, Alabama. A former Harlem Globetrotter and Wizards player, Courtland made history by becoming the youngest Globetrotter at just 19 years old. His gravity-defying 50-inch vertical leap and awe-inspiring athleticism have earned him a reputation as one of the most electrifying dunkers in the world.
In addition to his storied basketball career, Courtland has brought his talents to the digital realm as a motion capture dunker for the iconic NBA 2K series. His expertise as a knee and jump ability specialist has made him a sought-after mentor for athletes striving to reach their own vertical potential.
A passionate follower of Christ, Courtland lives each day with gratitude, motivated by the opportunity to uplift and inspire others through his God-given talents.
