About Martez “Dime” Williams
Martez “Dime” Williams is a former Harlem Globetrotter, entrepreneur, and community leader dedicated to inspiring the next generation through basketball and mentorship. With a passion for the game and a heart for giving back, Dime has turned his love for basketball into a platform for impact.
As the founder of HashtagPATH, he created a movement that blends sports, education, and entertainment to empower young athletes. Through school takeovers, community activations, and partnerships with major brands, Dime uses the HashtagPATH bus to bring excitement and opportunities to communities across the country.
More than just a showman on the court, Dime is a motivator, mentor, and role model. His mission is simple: push athletes toward heaven by encouraging them to chase their dreams, stay disciplined, and make a difference—one play at a time.

Derry “BigGuard” Thorpe serves as the Operations Manager for HashtagPATH, bringing leadership, basketball culture, and community connection to the movement. Known through his “BigGuard” platform as a voice and advocate for undersized guards and rising basketball talent, Derry has built a reputation for inspiring athletes through storytelling, mentorship, and authentic engagement within the basketball community.
At HashtagPATH, Derry helps oversee operations, athlete relations, event coordination, and community experiences while helping expand the organization’s vision of impact, inspiration, and opportunity through sports and culture. His passion for people and dedication to creating meaningful moments make him an important part of the HashtagPATH mission.
